Precast concrete is poured into a reusable mould or ‘form’, cured in a controlled environment, and lifted into place. It offers durable, flexible solutions for floors, walls and even roofs in every type of domestic construction from individual houses to multistorey apartments.

Prestressed concrete offers the same budgetary advantages as precast concrete. High strength tendons are installed during production and provide prestressed products with the unique ability to withstand external tensile stresses. This precompression process enhances prestressed concrete’s overall structural integrity.

Architectural precast is a preferred choice for building exteriors due to four primary reasons:

Precast concrete walls require minimal maintenance. A regular quick wash suffices for most of the upkeep. However, deep cleaning is necessary for paint or oil spills. Unlike wood or brick fences, they typically don’t need painting, oiling, resealing, or rust removals. Regular inspection is advised to identify and fix any damage promptly.
